I'm not a hardcore boxing fan, but I do love the big fights. It may not have been big back in Oz, but in the UK Haye Vs Harrison was huge and it made me think of this thread.

Any boxing fans here? Who do you like and what fight would you like to see?

I want to see Haye Vs one of the Klitschko brothers, but I really want to see is Manny Pacquiao Vs Floyd Mayweather fight!

They need to hurry up, they definately be declining out of their prime or soon, then when that happens people will start using the excuse" oh blah blah would have won if he was in his prime LOL...

Manny is having a fight with some1 else soon though right? or maybe it happened over the wekeend, Was watching his backgroun to it, and it doesnt even sound like he's worried, hes more looking towards the politics...

Im a mayweather fan, even though hes cocky, hes a BEAST in the ring...

Yeah Manny fought over the weekend and won and therefore has won a world title in 8 different weight divisions! Crazy!

I hope they get it on soon as well as Manny says he wants to go into politics. Everyone wants to see it, it will be the biggest fight since Tyson Vs Lennox.

I just love it how they both smashed Hatton, payback for that time he smashed Kostya.

Have you read any update on it? Last info i heard which was months ago, manny didnt want to do the Drug test?

The fight is still stalled. Initially it was because Manny didn't want to do stringent drug testing. Then he said he would and then Floyd fucked around with signing a contract so its delayed. I think they wanted a different fight first to build up expectations and therefore get more money. Hopefully something will happen next year.
