Expensive Hobby

Playing games is an expensive habit. Quick breakdown

1st PS3 - $1000
2nd PS3 - $700
another controller - $75
Playtv - $90
36 games - $2340*

total - $4205

*I used an average price of $65 for each game, some games I paid full price of $100, others I got for dirt cheap.

This generation isn't even over and I generally buy 6-12 games a year. I also have a wii with quite a few games and pc etc and I have been a gamer for 22 years! To sum up, gaming is expensive!!!

How many games does everyone have? Curious.

1st ps3 - $1000

playTV - $180
3 controllers - $200ish
110+ ps3 games - $10,000

I buy 90% of my games from EB, usually for $100 each. Plus other accessories like move, ps eye, headphones etc.
Very expensive hobby.

I collect vinyl and posters too, both of which aren't cheap either.

I've only bought 4 games this year. I'm not gonna work out the hours I've played on them but with KZ3, R3 and BF3 online it's good value

Got about 25 games at the moment and I've sold almost as many

Going out every weekend and boozing is more expensive

I get about 5 games a year. Got my monies worth out of warhawk though. Stuff eb and game. I always look there first then go to big w and k-mart. always $10 to $20 cheaper.
thats about an extra 10 to 20 extra games per 100.
But I don't trade in my old games. So if you do you are forced to pay the premium price.

I get about 3 games a year lol...

But i just dont enjoy games as much these days,

I have about 30+ for my modded one, and I have only finished like 1 Game, and hardly even play it...

The few hours I get to play, I spend it Warhawk... you guys still remember that game right?
