WORLD CUP 2010

From the 11th of June - 11th July, 32 teams will play to win the World Cup.

Along with the Socceroos, who else will you be rooting for?

Here are the teams:
Australia, Japan, Korea DPR, Korea Republic, Algeria, Cameroon, Côte d'Ivoire, Ghana
Nigeria, South Africa (hosts), Honduras, Mexico, United States, Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Paraguay
Uruguay, New Zealand, Denmark, England, France, Germany
Greece, Italy, Netherlands, Portugal, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Switzerland

I am not rooting for the Socceroos.

They talk about the the England team pretty much every day over here so I will be interested to see how they go. Aussies first tho!

If you haven't noticed, I don't talk about a lot.

I've always liked Germany. They've won the second highest number of World cups (I think, at three) and are always in the semi-finals. They're awesome.

I watched up until Mexico scored the first goal.

@Gr8 - Yes it was 1-1. Man we had some golden opportunities but failed in execution. Our team is rated the worst in the league, lol.

Dad recorded it, but got up early to see the results. when i heard the results i was laughing pretty hard, we really had no chance...

Did USA beat England, they were one all at one stage?

England v usa was a draw, 1-1.

The better team definitely won, 4-0 is a bit embarrassing though. The red card was bullshit.

The England game was good to watch, the goalkeeper would feel like shit. The uk papers are smashing him.
